Here you will find information on where and how you can request read confirmation in the system.
In Grønn Jobb's system, we offer the option of requiring read confirmation of documents that you upload to the document archive. You cannot require reading confirmation of routines, HSE manuals or other things that you create in the system outside of the document archive.
Ask for read confirmation
When you upload a document in the document archive, you get a choice in step 2 whether confirmation is required or not. If you choose to check the box, you must also choose who you want to receive the confirmation from. You can choose to get it from individual employees or an entire department.
When you upload the document, the selected employees, or the employees in the department you have chosen, will receive a notification that they have a document they must read. They are then given a box next to the document which they must tick off when they have read it. When they tick it, a notification about it will be sent back to you. You can see who sent a read confirmation at any time by clicking on the icon in the read confirmation column.
If new employees who join the company also need to read an already uploaded document, you can click on Actions and Edit to add the employee to the list.
