Can I create my own templates?

Here you will find information on how you can use the templates in the system.

Under "Templates" in the menu on the left you can see all the templates available for your company. Which templates are available is based on what industry the company belongs to and which products you have purchased from Grønn Jobb. A template can be used when you carry out a safety inspection, revision, risk analysis, checklist, onboarding or offboarding. The template's items will then be displayed, instead of you having to fill in the items yourself.

All the templates that you find under "Grønn Jobb templates" are automatically available in the various work processes. You do not need to save the template to "My Templates" to use it.

You cannot create new templates yourself, but you can edit the content of existing templates if this is desired. If you want to edit the content, or deactivate a template so that it no longer appears as an option in the work process, you must first save it. Click on the template you want to change and then click "Save". The template will now appear under "My templates" instead and have the status deactivated. If you click on the template and then on "Edit" you will be able to edit the content of the template and set it to active again.

If you choose to edit the template, updates to the template from Grønn Jobb will not be visible. Every time you choose to use this template, your changes will be part of the template.

When a template is used, for example in a safety walk or revision, you can always choose to add or delete points from the template you are using. This will not affect the template itself, but only the protection round you are working with at the moment. The template will then look the same the next time you want to use it.
