Find out how to make an onboarding plan with tasks in the system when you have a new employee.
When you click on Onboarding in the menu on the left, you get an overview of all onboarding plans that have been created for employees in your company. On the right side in the list you will find the task list, where everything that has to be done during the onboarding is included, and where you also can see who has been given the task to do it.
Create an onboarding plan
To create a plan, click "New". You must first fill in which employee this plan applies to. The employee must be created in the system before you can select them here. If you have not added the employee, go to "My employees" and do so first. In this step, you can choose to use one of the onboarding templates that Grønn Jobb offers.
In the second step, you can choose to upload documents that belong to the employment relationship. It could be, for example, an employment contract or a CV. The documents you choose to upload here are collected in a folder with the employee's name, which you can find under the menu item "Documents".
This folder will only be visible to the employee, their team manager and admin users.
In the third step, you create the actual plan for what is to be done in the onboarding process for the new employee. If you have chosen to use a template, the items from that template will appear here. You can always remove or add points if you wish. You can also add tasks to the points if desired.
When you are satisfied, you can complete the plan. If you have added tasks, they will be sent to those responsible and the folder will also be created now. Now you can see all the items that is to be done and check off those that have been done. If an item has tasks connected to it, the status will update automatically when the status of the task is updated. You can also add and delete tasks here.
