What are BHT documents?

Read here about how the menu option BHT documents works and why you cannot upload your own documents here.

When you click on BHT documents in the menu on the left, you will be taken to a page where all documents belonging to your BHT connection can be found. These are documents that Grønn Jobb corporate health service has created and uploaded for you.

Statutory documents

There are two types of documents that are required by law:

  • Plan for assistance
  • Annual report

When you have become a customer of Grønn Jobb, you book a mapping meeting with one of our customer advisers. In this meeting, you put together an action plan that says something about how Grønn Jobb as a occupational health service will assist you as a company with HSE for the upcoming period. What you agree on will be documented in what we call the Plan for assistance. This is one of the documents you will be able to see under the tab for Statutory documents.

The other document you can see here is the Annual Report. It is a document that gives you an overview of what Grønn Jobb has assisted with during the year. The annual report is prepared in such a way that your business will be made aware of what has been done to prevent work-related health problems, illness and injury, which measures we believe must or should be implemented, and how these can be implemented.

These documents are created for each new contract period, so for every year. You can always see documents for previous years by clicking on the specific contract period.

Other documents

By clicking on the tab called All BHT documents, you can see all your documents in a list view. Both the statutory documents are shown here, but also any other documents that have been uploaded by Grønn Jobb's HSE advisors. It could, for example, be documentation of various mappings or safety inspections you have done together. You will only find documents that we at Grønn Jobb have uploaded for you, and you therefor cannot upload documents here yourself.

If you want to upload documents yourself, you can always do so under the menu option Document archive on the left. Only documents you upload yourself and documents you create in the system will be stored there.
