We have launched version 1.9 of our system! With this update, we are introducing our new Quality Management (QM) system, which can be purchased as an extension to the HSE system. It gives you access to features such as Safe job analysis (SJA) with signatures and version history for routines.

 Summary

  • Launch of the Quality Management (QM) system
  • More automation in annual wheel tasks
  • Changes to safety representative role assignment
  • Department as a choice in the substance index
  • Automatic approval of registered sick leave
  • Started courses is now visible in the overview

Shortly explained

We have now launched the QM system as an extension to the HSE system. By upgrading your subscription, you gain access to both new features and additional content. For example, you can carry out Safe Job Analyses (SJA) with digital signatures, view version history for procedures, and register cases for projects.

If you are already an HSE customer, you can upgrade to HSE/QM at a special price right now. Read more here

Previously, tasks created in an annual wheel were sent to the responsible users as soon as the annual wheel was published. From now on, tasks will instead be sent on their scheduled start date. This means responsible users receive notifications when the task is actually due, rather than having to remember it for months in advance.

Previously, an administrator had to assign the safety representative role in the company settings. Now, the role can be assigned in the same way as any other user role.

It is now possible to select a department when uploading Safety data sheets to the substance index. This makes it easier to organize and filter documents that apply to specific departments.

Sick leave registered in the calendar no longer needs to be approved in the same way as other types of leave. If an employee registers sick leave within the predefined limits, the leave will be approved automatically. The person responsible for managing leave will still receive a notification that the sick leave has been registered.

In the course portal, you can now see your ongoing courses – that is, courses you have started but not yet completed – on the “Courses” section of the home page, both on the website and in the app.
