We are constantly working to improve and therefore we have now updated the system with a number of improvements to make it easier for our customers.

You can now require read confirmations for routines. For a detailed overview of the functionality, see this help article.

Recurring tasks have been improved so that you no longer receive all tasks at once. The first task is sent immediately, while subsequent tasks are created on the day they are to be performed. You have also gained a full overview of recurring tasks by clicking on "See more tasks", where you can edit or delete upcoming tasks.

It is now possible to add employees to a department directly when you create or edit a department. This means you no longer have to add employees to departments one by one.

Comments on registered absences are now always visible when you click on the absence in the calendar.

We have simplified the handling of employee statuses. Employees can now only be active or inactive.

In the HR module, you can now upload up to five files for a competency.
