Shortly explained
Now you can revise completed risk analyzes and see the history of previous revisions. When you start a new revision of the risk analysis, all information from the latest version is filled in automatically, so that you only need to edit the fields that have changed since the last time.
We have launched a brand new page called "All measures", where users with the user type Admin and users with the role Safety representative now get a full overview of all the measures you created in action plans in one and the same place.
Now you can view and read your documents directly in the app. You can also confirm that you have read them, if reading confirmation has been requested. If you are the one who requested the confirmation, you also get an overview of who has read the document.

The annual wheel will now be visible to all employees directly in the app.

If you have a task that is approaching its deadline and has not been completed, you will now receive a notification about this. You will also receive a reminder a day after if it still has not been completed.
If an employee has changed their email address or if the email was typed incorrectly when the user was created, you can now edit it to switch to the correct email. You do this by editing the employee's information. When you save, a new activation link will be sent to the new email.
