Why is there a warning triangle on the internal control regulation?

The internal control has eight items that form the basis of your HSE system. Here you can read about what the various symbols on each item mean.

What does the symbols mean?

Five of the items in the internal control regulation must be documented in writing and these are therefore marked with a blue documentation icon.

To have an overview of how the documentation looks in your company, there are two other symbols. When there is no documentation stored in the system for these items, a red warning triangle will appear next to the blue icon.

When there is documentation stored, a green check will appear next to the blue icon instead.

How do I make them green?

1 Overview

A green check will always appear here as the system offers an overview of laws and regulations.

2 Knowledge

No check or warning triangle will ever appear here, as this cannot be checked in the system.

3 Complicity

No check or warning triangle will ever appear here, as this cannot be checked in the system.

4 Goal

A green check will appear here if you have created your own objective that is adapted to your company. Grønn Jobb offers a suggestion that is a good starting point.

5 Organization

A green check will always appear here as the organization chart is created automatically in the system when you add employees and departments.

6 Mapping and risk assessment

A green check will appear here if you have completed a risk analysis.

7 Implement

A green check will appear here if you have active routines in the system.

8 Revision

A green check will appear here if you have completed a revision.
