How do I assign the role of safety representative?

Here you can find out where to register who is the safety representative in your company.

If your company has a safety representative, you can register this in the system. Go to company settings by clicking on the settings icon at the top right and select "Company".

Select "General" and select the employee or employees who will have this role. The setting is updated automatically and you do not need to click any save button. Safety representatives have different access than other employees in the system. They automatically have access to everything in the HSE system and can process deviations in the same way as those with user type Admin, otherwise they have the same access as an employee. If you want to change the access, you can do this in role settings.

If you want to change the role of the safety representative, you cannot do this directly on the employee, where you can change other roles. You must go to the company settings to change who is the safety representative, alternatively turn off the button if your company does not have a safety representative. The role of the employee will then go back to their previous role.
