Here you will find out how to activate the substance index for your company and how to upload data sheets.
Create substance index
If your company is obliged to create a substance index, this can be done directly in the system. To make it available to your company, click on the settings icon at the top right and select "Company".
Click on "General" and then HSE system. Here you can choose to switch on the substance index for your company. When you switch on this button and click save, the substance index will be activated for your company.
If you reload the page or click on home, you will now be able to see that the menu option "Substance index" can be found in the menu on the left under "Register". Here you can now gather all your data sheets in one place.
Use the substance index
Click "Upload" to upload data sheets. You can upload several documents at the same time. In step 2 you fill in information about what supplier the substances comes from, when the last approval date was, when the expiry date is and if the substance have been substituition assessed or not. Finally, you check that all the information is correct. When you are finished, click "Complete". Now the documents you have uploaded will appear in the list and will be visible to those whom you have given access to.
