How do checklists work?

Regardless of which product you have bought from Grønn Jobb, you can carry out checklists in the system. These are also available in the mobile app. To complete a checklist, click on "New" and then select which checklist you wish to complete. Those shown in the list are the standard checklists that Grønn Jobb offers. If you have the system in Norwegian, only the Norwegian checklists will be selectable.

If you want to change the content of a checklist, do so under the menu item Templates. Here you can add, remove or change the various points.

You can exit the checklist at any time and continue later if you wish. Your changes will be saved, and the checklist will appear in the list as started. When you have finished the checklist, click Finish. Now the checklist is saved as a PDF in the document archive and in the list of checklists. You can no longer make changes after you complete it.

If you have an administrator user, you can always see all checklists that the various users in your company have created or started. If you are not an administrator, you can only see the checklists that you started yourself.

In the document archive, you can see the documents that have been created from the checklists, under the folder called "Checklists". Here you see those that have been filled out by the users who belong to your department. If you want to delete a checklist, you cannot do so in the document archive. Then you go to the menu option Checklists and delete it from there, and the associated document will also be deleted.
