Can I see if my employees have taken courses?
Find out how you can see who has started and who has passed various courses.
Team managers, CEO and Admin users get a full overview of the course status for their employees under the menu item called "Employees courses". Here you can follow along to see how the employees are getting on with the various courses. Users who do not have any of these roles cannot see the menu item.
The list on the left shows your employees and the columns show all courses that have an exam. If the employee does not have access to the course, a gray icon is displayed. This most likely means that the employee has not been assigned a license to the Course module.
If a blue icon is displayed, it means that the employee has not started the course. When the employee has finished watching at least one episode, so that the episode has been marked with a blue check, the status will also change on the overview to a yellow icon. When the employee moves on to the exam, the status will be updated based on whether they fail or pass. The icon then turns either red or green.
If you don't see a course in the overview, it's because the course doesn't have an exam. You can't see the status of these courses.
You can use the filters at the top of the page to find out the status of an individual employee, or for a single course. You can use several of the filters at the same time if you wish. Many courses are available in multiple languages, but in the overview they are collected under one and the same column. For example, if an employee has taken a course in Polish, you do not need to find the Polish title if you are using the system in Norwegian. The status will then be under the Norwegian title.
If you want to send a reminder to an employee to take a course, this can be done by clicking on "Send reminder". Then you must first select which course you want to send a reminder for. Then you select which employees you want to receive the reminder. You cannot send reminders to employees who have already completed the course.
