What do I do if I notice a bug in the system?

At Grønn Jobb we want our system to always work without problems for our customers, but from time to time there are cases when something in the system unfortunately does not work as it should. When things do not work as desired, there can be due to many different reasons.

Our system is designed to work in the most common browsers, but some customers find that Google Chrome works better than Safari and Edge.

Different cookies are stored in your browser when you visit different websites. We have experienced that some of these can occasionally cause our system to behave strangely. By opening a different browser or using incognito mode, this can be avoided.

To make it easier and faster for you as a customer to get the system working, we list some things you can try yourself if you find that the system is behaving strangely.
  • Open the system in another browser
  • Open the system in incognito mode
  • Update your browser to the latest version

If you've tried this and the system still behaves strangely, you can let us know about the issue. If the system has a bug we will do our absolute best to fix it as soon as possible.
