We are constantly working to improve and therefore we have now updated the system with a number of improvements to make it easier for our customers.

Summary

  • The overview of employee courses has been improved. You can now filter by employees, departments and courses to make it easier to find the correct status. In addition, the status of all translations of the same course is displayed under the same column. For example, if an employee has taken a course in Polish, you do not need to find the Polish title if you use the system in Norwegian. The status will then be under the Norwegian title.
  • The list of courses is tidier, to make it easier to find the correct course. Translations of courses will no longer be automatically included in the list, but will only be available if you change the language.
  • Under company settings, admins can now choose whether birthday notifications should be sent or not.
  • You can now delete tasks that you have created yourself. Admins can delete all tasks.
  • The name and logo of the company you are logged in to is now visible at the top right. If you have a multi-company solution, you also switch companies here. The company logo will also be visible in all PDF files downloaded from the system.
  • The week numbers are visible in the personal calendar.
  • Now you can choose whether you want to use vacation and absence, or whether these menu options should not be visible in the HR system.
  • You can choose to return to the original text of the various articles in the personnel handbook after you have edited them.
  • If you want to use two-factor authentication, this can be activated for the company under settings. All users must then connect their login to a 2FA app on their phone.
