Update 13.10.26

We are constantly working to improve and therefore we have now updated the system with a number of improvements to make it easier for our customers.

  • Users responsible for handling deviations can now create custom deviation categories to suit their company’s needs. When employees report a deviation, they can choose between the company’s own categories and the standard categories in the HSE system.
  • You can now see which exam questions you answered incorrectly in the Course Portal. Click “Show your incorrect answers” on the results page to see which questions you may need to review.
  • Checklists now have four response options: “OK”, “Not OK”, “Not relevant” and “Not answered”. This replaces the previous checkbox and makes it easier to select the appropriate response.
  • When a user is marked as inactive, their email address is freed up for use by another employer, while their history is retained.
