We have released version 1.8 of the system, and this means, among other things, that you can see advanced absence statistics and order BHT-services directly from the portal.

The new absence statistics page in the HR system has now been launched. Here you get an overview of the absence in the company, with the opportunity to see trends and compare gender, time periods and departments. This provides a good basis for both follow-up and prevention of absence.

In the BHT portal you will now find a new menu option called "Services". Here you will get an overview of all the services we offer. Some of the services you can book directly in a booking calendar, while for others you can simply send an email where the necessary information is already pre-filled for you.

Email notifications from the system now have an improved and clearer design. The email contains the same link that you get when you click on the notification on the web or in the app, and is sent in the language you have chosen in the system.

The personnel handbook can now be downloaded as a PDF whenever you wish.

When an employee leaves your company and you set their status to inactive, you now only need to fill in the end date.

For those of you who handle deviations in the HSE system, things have now become even easier. You can now filter deviations by category, both on the deviation page and on the statistics page.
