New functionality from 01.04.25

We have released version 1.6 of our system, which means that time registration and personell handbook is now a part of the HR-system.

Shortly explained

If you have bought the HR-system, you can now use time registration. When employees click on a date in their personal calendar, they will now see "Working hours" as a choice, in addition to vacation and absence. There is also a new menu item called "Timesheet". Here, employees can register working hours and submit it for approval.

 

As a manager, you can view your employees' hours and approve or reject them. You can download timesheets to upload them into an accounting program or choose to set up an integration with Tripletex.

 

As an administrator, you can create a personnel handbook for the company, or a department. We at Grønn Jobb have created 11 different chapters with a total of 46 different articles that should be included in a personnel handbook, so you don't have to write everything yourself. These articles are a very good starting point and contain important legally regulated information with relevant links. You only need to go through the text and make changes or add what you are missing.
