How do I manage licenses?

Here you'll find information about who can distribute licenses and how it is done.

Assign licenses to existing employees

Administration of licenses is only available to users with the user type admin. To manage who has which license in your company, click on the settings icon at the top right and select "Company".

 

Here you can see what products your company has purchased. If you click on the product you can see who has a license for this product. Here you also see how many available licenses there are left. To assign a license to an employee, click on "Assign license". You will then get a list of all employees in the company and can choose who should have the licence.

 

Assign licenses to new employees

If the employee has not already been added under My Employees, you must add them to be able to assign them a license. When you add a new employee, you get a choice in step 3 about what licenses you want to give the employee. If there are no free licenses available, you must add the employee first and then manage your licenses in company settings.
