What do I do if an employee's email is already registered?
For various reasons, an employee's email address may already be registered in the system when you try to add them. Here's what applies in these cases.
If you get this message when trying to register an employee, it means that the email address is already registered in the system. It is not possible to register two different users with the same email address.

The email address may be registered to a user in your company, or with a completely different company. This can happen, for example, if an employee previously had an employer that also uses Grønn Jobb's products, and the user is still registered there. In such cases, the employee must contact the previous employer and ask them to delete the user, so that the email address can be registered again.
Each individual employer owns the data they enter into the system. Grønn Jobb does not own the data and therefore cannot delete an email address without approval from those who own it.
This message may also appear if you tried to create the employee, but something went wrong during the creation process. If you get this message when you try to add them again, but don't see the employee listed under "My Employees," please contact Customer Service for assistance.
If you have a so-called multi-company solution, which means that you have several interconnected companies registered in Grønn Jobb's products, it is possible to add an employee from one of the interconnected companies to another of the interconnected companies.
If you are going to do this, you add the employee as usual. When you register an email that already exists in a interconnected company, you will be notified. The information related to the user will be filled in automatically, and you only need to fill in the specific information per company.
The employee then only has one user they log in with, and then they choose which company they want to be in when using the system. This is only possible if the companies are interconnected.
