What are services?

As our BHT customer, you can purchase a number of different additional services. In the BHT portal you will find an overview of which ones. Read more here to find out how it works.

Basic package

When you become a BHT customer with us, a basic package is included. This package includes an annual mapping meeting with one of our customer advisors, where we prepare a plan for assistance for the year. In the meeting, you will be presented with relevant HSE requirements and recommended additional services for your company.

You agree on how you want to be followed up, and the advisor creates a tailored plan for follow-up in the next year. This will state which additional services you want help with, and when they will be performed. At the end of the period, we also deliver an annual report showing which services have been provided by us.

Additional services

You will find an overview of the services we can provide under the menu option "Services" in the BHT portal. Here you can read about what the services entail and what they cost.

If you need to purchase a service beyond what you and your advisor have agreed on in the assistance plan, you can of course order it at any time. You can book some of the services directly in the portal by clicking on them and selecting a time in the calendar. Other services must be ordered by contacting us. If you click on the service you want to order and select contact via email, an automatic email template will open, so you don't have to write the email yourself.

If you have purchased a support package from us, the price for this package applies to the services included in the agreement. The prices in the overview apply to purchases of services beyond the package.

When a service is booked

Once you have booked a service and received confirmation, you will find it in the BHT portal under "My bookings". If it is a digital meeting, you will also find the meeting link there.
