What is a multi-company solution?
If you run multiple companies, we can connect them for you. Read this article to find out how it will work.
If you have several different companies with different organization numbers, you don't need to have different users to log in. We can connect the companies so that those who need access to multiple companies can log in with their email and easily choose which company they want to use the system for.
Main admin
When we connect your companies, we use the main administrator as the link. This means that it must be the same main administrator on all the companies, for the connection to be made. When we connect the companies, the user who is the main administrator will have direct access to all the companies and will then be listed as an employee in all the companies.
Other users
The employees registered in the different companies will not automatically get access to the other companies when this link is created. Only the main administrator will have access. If you want more than just the main administrator to have access to several of the companies, you can create these users as employees in the companies they should have access to.
This is done in the same way as if you were adding a new employee. When you add the email address, we check whether the email address is already registered on a user in any of your companies. If it is, you will receive a message like the one in the image below. All information belonging to the user will then be pre-filled, and you will not be able to edit all the fields. You can only edit the information that may vary between companies.
Once you complete the process, the employee is registered in the company you added them to and can switch between companies. Once the employee is added, you can edit the information that was previously grayed out when you added them. This will then update the information in all companies where the employee is registered.
Switching between companies
The company you are logged in to is always displayed in the top right corner of the system. When a user has access to multiple companies, they will be able to click on the company name and switch companies. All content in the system is separated per company. For example, you cannot register a risk analysis for both companies at the same time. In that case, you must first create a new risk analysis for one company, switch companies, and then do the same for the other company.
