Find out how you can make updates to the HSE handbook without having to create a whole new one.
In the list of HSE handbooks, you will find "Revisions" on the far right. If you click on the arrow in the column, you will get an overview of all revisions you have made to the HSE handbook. To make a new revision, click on "New revision". All the information you have entered in the latest version of the HSE manual will then be automatically filled in, so that you only need to change what you need to. Now you can, for example, change what you want to include and add new routines or risk analyses. The only thing you cannot change is who the manual is for. If you want to create an HSE manual for another department, you must create a new one.
Only those who have access to edit HSE handbooks can see the revision history. Employees only see the latest version.
